  • 20 g cocoa powder

  • A pinch of cinnamon

  • A pinch of nutmeg

  • 4–5 figs (chopped)

Wet Ingredients:

  • 150 g butter

  • 100 g sugar

  • 50 ml Al Naturale almond milk (20%) 🥛

  • 4 eggs

Cream:

  • 50 g white chocolate (melted)

  • 300 g mascarpone

Decoration:

  • Figs 🍑

  • Blackberries and blueberries

  • Pistachios

Method

  1. Prepare the Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the flour, almond flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Gently fold in the chopped figs.

  2. Combine the Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the butter, sugar, eggs, and Al Naturale almond milk until smooth and creamy.

  3. Mix It All Together: Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring until well combined.

  4. Bake: Pour the batter into a cake pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.

    • Pro tip: After 20 minutes, cover the cake with aluminum foil to prevent the top from burning.

  5. Cool and Prepare the Cream: Let the cake cool completely before decorating. Melt the white chocolate and mix it into the mascarpone until smooth.

  6. Decorate: Spread the mascarpone cream generously over the cooled cake. Decorate with fresh figs, blackberries, blueberries, pistachios, and a sprinkle of shaved white chocolate.

  7. Serve and Enjoy: Slice a piece, pour a hot cup of tea or coffee, and indulge in the ultimate winter dessert.
