Hazelnut Milk Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 cup of Al Naturale hazelnut milk
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
Optional toppings: fresh raspberries, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, banana.
Instructions:
Combine the ingredients in a medium-sized jar or bowl, add the chia seeds, hazelnut milk, and vanilla extract. Stir well to make sure all the chia seeds are evenly mixed and not clumping together.
Let it rest. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours — ideally overnight. The chia seeds will absorb the milk and turn into a creamy, pudding-like texture.
Stir again. Before serving, give it a good stir to make sure the texture is smooth and even.
Add your favourite toppings. Finish with a handful of fresh raspberries, chopped nuts, or shredded coconut for a crunchy and fruity twist.
Tip: For extra sweetness, you can drizzle a bit of maple syrup or add a chopped date before soaking.
