What is Al Naturale shelf life?

4 weeks. Once opened I recommend to consume within 5 days. However always taste it first it may last you much longer.

Do I need to keep it in the fridge?

Yes, as it is fresh Almond milk. Store between 0-4 degrees Celsius.
